Guest payments are collected through the booking platforms. Owners receive a monthly statement showing bookings, income, management fees and any approved expenses.

Yes. Many owners choose to generate income through short-stay accommodation while their property remains on the market. We can work alongside your sales agent and accommodate inspections where required.
Yes. Properties are expected to be fully equipped for guest stays, including quality linen and towels. We can provide recommendations if you’re setting up a property for short-stay accommodation for the first time.
We strongly recommend specialist short-stay accommodation insurance. We can provide guidance and recommend insurance providers who understand the holiday rental industry.
We coordinate maintenance on behalf of owners and can arrange trusted local trades where required. Owners are consulted regarding larger maintenance items before works proceed.
